Dr. Gür was one of the first Turkish surgeons to adopt the FUE technique, which has become the most popular surgical technique in the hair restoration industry. Dr. Gür began performing FUE procedures in 2003. He was also one of the first surgeons in Turkey to perform body hair transplants (BHT). Dr. Gür is involved in every procedure, from the initial consultation, to graft extraction, and post-operative care. Dr. Gür utilizes surgical punches ranging from 0.8mm to 1mm in diameter. He creates all of the recipient sites/channels using 0.6mm to 1.1 mm sapphire blades, depending on the hair thickness and the implantation areas. In the hairline, Dr. Gür typically uses 0.6-0.7mm blades for single-haired follicular units in the frontal hairline. He uses 0.09-1.1mm blades for the rest of the scalp (blade sizes are customized for patients' hair characteristics.) Dr. Gür's experienced nurses place the grafts into the pre-made sites. Dr. Gür performs a trichoscopic analysis on each patient to ensure they are candidates for surgery.

Dr. Gür graduated from Gaziantep University, Faculty of Medicine, in 1994. From 1995 to 2003, he worked in emergency medicine at the State Hospital of Aksaray and Haymana in Ankara. Dr. Gür has performed thousands of hair restoration procedures, including body hair transplants (BHT), medical hair loss treatments, and FUE procedures. Dr. Gür has been performing hair restoration exclusively at his own clinic since 2014.
