This patient from Vancouver was bothered by the fact his hairline was weakening and he could no longer style his hair with products exposing the hairline in a spiked fashion. He referenced a English famous soccer player and asked Dr. Hasson if he could reproduce a similar hairline. Considering his good donor supply and minimal amount of loss. Dr. Hasson was able to accommodate and be a bit more aggressive in designing the hairline. He dense packed 1999 grafts in a relatively small area.
The strip size 18 cm X 1.0 cm and the patient had hair on the course side. This result is still looking good over 6 years post-op.
