Hair transplantation surgery before and postoperative images with 4840 hairs

Procedure detail

A 26 yr old male hair restoration patient presented with Class IV vertex Androgenic Alopecia. Plan was to transplant the front area with 2500 grafts.
2635 FUG were obtained using open technique for donor strip harvesting. A new hair line was created with attention to the natural appearance and irregularity.The frontal area behind the hair line was densely packed with an average density of 45%.

Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
