A 27 year old Indian school teacher, with male pattern baldness, and class IV vertex baldness. He approached us for hair transplant surgery in order to have a more presentable appearance for his profession. He was looking for more confidence even though his students were just high school children. His donor area was adequate and he requested to restrict the graft number to less than 3000 wanting to save for future sessions. We had transplanted 2866 FUG. Patient expressed great satisfaction at the end of 9 months.
