A 29 year old male hair restoration patient presented with class IV - Vertex Androgenic Alopecia.  A 2282 FUG hair transplant procedure was performed using the strip technique.

A new hair line was created. Dense packing done at the frontotemporal angles and behind the hair line with minimal temple accentuation. The patient opted to transplant the vertex at a later date.

Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
