Before and after surgical hair restoration surgery results with 2433 grafts

Procedure detail

A 28 year old male hair restoration patient presented with class V Androgenic Alopecia. His donor area density was 75 per sq.cm. His scalp laxity permitted to remove 33 sq.cm and yielded 2433 FUG.

Due to his financial constraints, he chose around 2500 grafts for this first hair transplant surgery session. With the available grafts, I was able to create a new natural looking hair line and dense packing was given beyond hair line, proceeding backwards to cover up to mid scalp.

No. of grafts: 2433
One hair: 496
Two hair: 1931
Three hair: 6
Total No. of hair: 4376
