Procedure detail
The next hair restoration patient is very
important for me as is my own hair transplant. I have started my own hair
transplant journey almost 2.5 years ago and should be completed by next year
with some work that is required on my crown. I believe that as a patient coordinator it
was very important to go through a hair transplant procedure as now I can advise or answer concerns that
the patient may have from experience. From initial hair loss stages to the
procedure and of course the days and months post op to the final result can
create big psychological battles and emotions to the patient that requires
honest advise and support.
I had my first hair restoration procedure beginning of July 2010 with 2149
FUE grafts and my second at the beginning of November 2011 with 1000 FUE grafts.
I was not taking finasteride or using minoxidil prior or post op of my
procedures.
The
procedures were performed by HDC’s medical team and Dr. Maras.
