The objective in this hair restoration patient case at Norwood scale 5 was to harvest safely as many grafts as possible from the scalp and then maximize the final number of grafts with beard hair follicles. The goal was to define the hairline and strengthen the frontal third and crown.

Finally 4538 grafts were extracted as follows:
