Complete reconstruction of the frontal area.
Hair surgery of 3,529 grafts for a total of 7,636 hairs. Average density of 2.16 hairs per follicle. Two-day surgery.
Medical treatment: Dutasteride 0.5mg/day. Oral Minoxidil 5 mg/day.

Occurs when the connecting bridge of hair disappears leaving a single large bald area on the front and top of the scalp. The hair on the sides of the scalp remains relatively high.
