Complete reconstruction of the frontal area.
Hair surgery of 3,400 grafts for a total of 8,082 hairs. Average density of 2.37 hairs per follicle. Two-day surgery.
Medical treatment: Finasteride 1mg/day. Oral Minoxidil 5 mg/day.

The two areas of hair loss are larger than in stage 4. They are still separated, but the band of hair between them is narrower and sparser. There is significant hair loss on the top of the scalp (the vertex).
