Reconstruction of the frontal and mid-scalp area.
Hair transplant surgery involving 3,241 grafts, for a total of 8,295 hairs. Average density of 2.55 hairs per follicular unit. Two-day procedure.
Medical treatment: Finasteride 1mg/day. Oral minoxidil 5 mg/day.

Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
