41 year old white
male hair restoration patient who has receding hair line and thinning at crown, requested FUE hair
transplantation. He wanted only to restore his hair line. He underwent FUE hair
transplantation 1543 grafts/3503 hairs (1-hair=250 grafts, 2-hairs=626
grafts,3-hairs=667 grafts) . Below are his before and after, 14 months after
surgery with good result.

The Norwood Class A patterns are characterized by a predominantly front to back progression of hair loss. These patterns lack the connecting bridge across the top of the scalp and generally have more limited hair loss in the crown, even when advanced.
