Caucasian man 33 year of age has undergone two sessions of hair transplantation surgery.He had class NW V when present to the clinic.The first session was done only 1,255 FUGs just to fill in the front and midscalp according to the patient's budget.The second session was done 7 months later adding 3,256 FUGs to the entire frontal part to the crown.The follow up pictures were taken 1 year after the second session. This year,he came to have the third session to fill the crown area and the result will be post next year.

Occurs when the connecting bridge of hair disappears leaving a single large bald area on the front and top of the scalp. The hair on the sides of the scalp remains relatively high.
