We have perfomed a megasession on this class VI hair restoration patient. He had good donor hair and average skin laxity. The hairline design was reasonably fit to his age.[try not to get it so low] The hair was salt and pepper in color. The parted side was on the left and we concentrated more grafts to make the part look natural during his hair transplant surgery.

The balding areas at the temples join with the balding area at the vertex. The band of hair across the top of the head is gone or sparse.
