This 54 year old hair transplant patient with male pattern baldness classified as NW VI had a single session of 3,339 FUGs, 6,465 hairs. We transplanted 776 single hair grafts with 0.8 mm slit incisions. The grafts were inserted using 1 mm slit incisions. The photos were taken 2 years after his hair transplant surgery.

The balding areas at the temples join with the balding area at the vertex. The band of hair across the top of the head is gone or sparse.
