MK is a 60 years old Caucasian male who have receding hair line and large area of baldness at crown ,underwent 2 sessions of hair transplantation 15 months interval.
1st session 3147 grafts or roughly 6226 hairs were transplanted.
2nd session3289 grafts or roughly 7043 hairs were transplanted
Below are before and 3 years after, a total of 6436 grafts or roughly 13269 hairs were transplanted with good result.

The two areas of hair loss are larger than in stage 4. They are still separated, but the band of hair between them is narrower and sparser. There is significant hair loss on the top of the scalp (the vertex).
