50 year old white male present to Dr. Pathomvanich @dhtclinic_dht who has receding hair line and deep temples. He wanted to lower the hair line and fill both temples. His hair is brownish black, straight with good density. The recipient area measured 42 cm2. He underwent FUE using WAW 0.9 mm. excised 1,724 grafts (1-hair = 198 grafts, 2-hairs = 472 grafts, 3-hair = 761 grafts, 4-hairs = 293 grafts) about 4,597 hairs.
