A 29-year-old Asian male who had receding hairline at the front and both temples with markedly thinning hair at forelock. He also had minimally thinning hair at the crown. His hair is black, straight and coarse. His donor area contains good donor hair density and good scalp laxity. He underwent 1 session of FUT, the amount of grafts is show below;

1-hair grafts: 687 grafts (687 hairs)

2-hair grafts: 1755 grafts (3,510 hairs)

3-hair grafts: 587 grafts (1761 hairs)

 
A total of 3,029 grafts (5,958 hairs) were transplanted only at the front to mid-scalp as shown in the photos. Below are pictures of before-surgery, after-surgery (7 months) with good results and immediately post-operative pictures.
