About

Began losing my hair at about 25 years old. Got worse until I was 27 then i started taking finasteride and Rogaine along with Nizoral. This stabilized the hairloss and it's pretty much at the same point now.

I'm single, and had a lot more luck with the woman until the hairloss kicked in, probably to do with my confidence in approaching them as much as appearence. I'm hoping with a succesful HT (touch wood) I can gain back hat self confidence!

My Surgical Treatments to Date

FUT with DR. Konior - July 22nd 2014.

I havent got the exact graft breakdown yet, the Dr. told me it was just over 3800. Reinforced the temple points and packed the front area working towards the back. Left the crown for now

My Non Surgical Treatments

Just taking finasteride and rogaine for the last couple of yearss. Also Nizoral shampoo twice a week

Bald Class

Bald class 3V

Norwood stage 3 Vertex

In terms of the receding hairline, stage 3 vertex balding is a less drastic version of stage 3.
However, people experiencing stage 3 vertex balding will also begin losing hair on the crown of their head. This often starts as one small bald spot.

Shattered my confidence with women. I was going well up until about 26 when I started receeding badly. Haven't had much luck since, probably my own fault as much as my appearence as I couldn't approach them with the same confidence as before.

Also playing sports, I'm big into soccer and rugby, but was extremely paranoid playing especially if it was raining I'd come up with an excuse to give i a miss as it would ruin the concealers!

Started rogaine, finasteride and nizoral at about the same time. S I'm not sure which had the best effect but they definitely helped. i didn't lose much more hair since taking them and i'm pretty sure it even strengthened the hair in the middle of my head

2 days out so hard to tell yet :) Work looks ultra clean as always with Dr. k and the experience with him and his staff could hardly be bettered. They treat you like royalty

Rogaine, Finasteride, Nizoral . Depending on your hairtype Nanagen and Dermatch work well as concealers for some people. I'm lucky to have dark brown hair so they've saved me for the last couple of years

I'll update this in about a year when I can tell you :)

Same old cliches as everyone else, but the reason it's a cliche is because its true. Get on the finasteride and rogaine as soon as you notice any loss and stick with it. You cannot do enough research on your surgeon before you make your mind up as well. It's a life changing decision, Trust me you'll know when you pick the right one
