38 year old Asian male who has hair loss from the front to the top and wanted to have it restores. His hair was black, course, straight, density was average 71 fu/cm2, scalp laxity 26%. The recipient area measured 90 cm2. He underwent a combination of FUT and FUE a total of 3,731 grafts were transplanted roughly 42% density (FUT 2,696 grafts : 1 hair graft=703, 1 long/1short hair graft= 509, 2 hairs graft=1,145, 3 hairs graft=339 and FUE 1,035 grafts : 1 hair graft=87, 1 long/1short hair graft= 187 , 2 hairs graft=614, 3 hairs graft=147). Below are the post-op photos 2 years and 2 months after. He is happy with the result with minimal donor scar from FUT. He is on oral Minoxidil 5 mg and Finasteride 1 mg post-op without side effects.
