This patient underwent a FUE hair transplant procedure in the winter of 2022 with Dr. Rahal, receiving 2554grafts (equivalent to 5597 hairs). The surgical details are outlined below:

At the time of the procedure, the patient was 37years old and had been experiencing progressive hair loss over the last couple of years. His hair loss was not seen as aggressive. He was not using any nonsurgical hair loss solution at the time of his procedure - neither finasteride, nor minoxidil. His family history includes hair loss on his maternal side, reaching a Norwood class 5A. His paternal side possessed thinning, averaging a Norwood Class 3.
The patient came in for a follow-up at 8.5 months and was happy with his results thus far. The photos presented on this topic are from his 8.5 month followup. The patient felt that his results were maturing nicely and that it was blending in well with his existing, natural hair. He also underwent PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) during his follow-up and is considering a second procedure to address his crown in the future.
