This is a patient who wanted to thicken up his frontal scalp, particularly the temples. We did a strip consisting of 496 single hair grafts, 1052 double hair grafts, and 312 three-hair grafts, for a total of 1860 grafts. The post-op photos were taken approximately 2 years post op.
