This case is notable due to the extensive journey the patient has undergone with his FUE hair transplants. Initially, he had his first FUE procedure in Spain, where 2800 grafts were transplanted to the front. Subsequently, he underwent a second FUE in Turkey, receiving 3600 grafts to the top and crown area.
The before photos reveal some grafts in the crown from his second FUE, with very low-density coverage achieved.
So, before the third FUE, the patient had already had 6400 grafts extracted from his donor area. For the third FUE, an additional 2410 grafts were transplanted. Throughout this period, the patient has consistently used topical minoxidil and continues to do so.
Post-operation photos show the donor area after Dr. Christina removed the 2410 grafts. The entire surgery lasted two days. The grafts were meticulously extracted with equal spacing, utilizing the entire donor area to avoid significant thinning of the donor. The minimal trauma to the donor area is also evident.
We have documented the progression of the results from 11 days post-operation to 5, 6, and 10 months after the procedure.
It is noteworthy that the side donor area appears quite good even after a total of 8810 grafts were removed.
While the result is not the thickest, it represents the best possible outcome with only 2410 grafts under the circumstances.
