A 31 year old Thai male had a receding hairline and deep temples. He wanted it restored. The hair is black, coarse and straight, with good density. The scalp is loose. The patient wanted a short FUT scar, 15cm long. A total of 2,246 grafts were harvested by FUT (1-hair = 782 grafts, 1small/1big-hair = 254 grafts, 2-hair = 966 grafts, 3-hair = 244 grafts), and 972 grafts by FUE (1-hair = 88 grafts, 1small/1big-hair = 82 grafts, 2-hair = 583 grafts, 3-hair = 219 grafts).
