Sometimes you do not have a dense and large donor area. Remember, that the amount of donor is inversely related to the degree and severity of advancing AGA. Sadly, the hair loss is usually progressive and a moving target. What we love about this case is that with a 2500 graft FUE procedure, we were able to deliver significant improvement of the framing and fullness of the hairline, frontal and mid-scalp area. The crown was left to the next procedure. The Bellaire patient, Dr. Arocha and the team are very happy with this improvement.
