A 44 year-old, Thai, male patient had a receding hairline and deep temples. He wanted it to restored. His hair is black, coarse, straight and wavy. A combination of FUT (1,806 grafts) and FUE (210 grafts) was done yielding 2,016 grafts; one hair: 762 grafts, one long and one short hairs: 185 grafts, two hairs: 940 grafts, three hairs: 122 grafts. The pictures shown are pre-operative photos and 1 year post-operative photos. He is very happy with the result, and has been taking oral minoxidil since pre-op.
