This patient had diffuse, frontal hairline thinning when he first came to Dr. Arocha. He did an initial FUT procedure of 2400 grafts to restore the hairline about 11 years ago. He had a second FUT procedure of 2000 grafts two years after his first procedure to further increase density. If this patient had not been proactive with medication and a transplant, he would not have the density that he has today. He continues to be on a medical regimen to prevent future loss. Diffuse thinners can be harder to see, which is why you see Dr. Arocha parting the hair in the before images.
