This 32-year-old had hair loss that was similar to a Class 3v. His goal was to rebuild his hairline, add as much density as possible to the frontal 1/3 of his head but also add some density to the crown.
The patient’s goal was well suited to his needs and therefore I planned surgery accordingly.
I was able to dense pack 2,000 grafts into the frontal 1/3 of his head, approximately 8cm back of the hairline and also add 300 grafts to his crown. There was a combination of 1, 2 and 3 hair grafts. All the single were placed into his hairline. The patient is happy with his results.
