Patient is a 25-year old white male who has receding hairline and temples and wants it restored. FUT was done based on patient preference to save grafts for the future; total number of grafts was 2,180 grafts (1 -hair graft: 436 grafts, 2-hair grafts: 1,368 grafts, 3-hair grafts: 376 grafts). After surgery, he took oral minoxidil and finasteride with big improvement. Post-op photos were taken 2 years after surgery. Patient is happy with the results and will come back for transplant for the crown in the future.
