This 40 year-old was experiencing thinning in the frontal 1/3 of his head. His goal was to augment his hairline and add as much density as possible to the frontal 1/3 as possible. I reinforced his hairline and went back approximately 8 cm from his hairline with densification.
I was able to densely pack 2,500 grafts into the thinning area. I utilized a combination of 1, 2 and 3 hair grafts. All of the singles were placed into his hairline.
These are his results on the day of the procedure and 1 year post-op. The patient is extremely happy with his results.
