Patient is a 24-year-old Asian male with an M-shaped receding hairline, more evident at the right side and wants it restored. He has wavy, coarse, black hair and average donor density. Patient underwent FUE with total of 2,120 grafts (1 hair = 200 grafts, 1 1/2 hair = 231 grafts, 2-hair = 1,267 grafts, 3-hair = 422 grafts) and was advised to take oral minoxidil and finasteride to maintain his hair post-op. Attached are his preoperative photos and photos 5 months after surgery. He is happy with the results.
