Patient is a 32-year-old Asian male with receding hairline and diffuse thinning hair from front to the crown. He has average donor density and black coarse hair. The patient wants to transplant only at the front due to limited budget and preferred FUT to preserve his hair for the future. Strip was harvested at the safe zone and the grafts were placed at the front, with a total of 2,240 grafts (1-hair graft: 400, 1 1/2 -hair graft: 277, 2-hair graft: 1,242, 3-hair graft: 321). Photos show his hair before surgery and 1 year and 5 months after. Patient was taking oral finasteride and oral minoxidil post op and is happy with the outcome.
