42-year old white male with receding hair at front-temporal zone and wants it restored. Hair is straight, coarse, and dark brown with average donor density of 75 follicular unit/cm2. FUE was done with total of 2,278 grafts placed (1 hair graft= 328, 1 long and 1 short-hair grafts = 120, 2-hair grafts= 1,245, 3-hair grafts = 546, 4-hair grafts = 39), equivalent to 4,732 hairs. Hair grafts were placed at the hairline and both temples.
