we would like to present below a case of a patient at Norwood IV stage with some diffuse thinning in the mid scalp. You can find below the details of the surgery.
Patient Details
Surgical Plan: Hairline reconstruction, density increase in the frontal, mid scalp and crown. The surgery was performed in 1 day. 3522 grafts were implanted in total, 382 of them in the hairline, 2018 in the frontal and 1122 in the top and crown
Patient ́s age: 32 years old.
The patient was using finasteride prior to the surgery. Below average hair thickness

0.8mm motorised punch was used for the extraction.
