33-year-old Thai male has receding hairline to the midscalp and diffuse thinning hair from midscalp to the top. He has good donor hair at the sides and back. Patient underwent combination of FUE and FUT with a total of 3,518 grafts (1 hair graft = 543 grafts, 1 long and 1 short hair graft = 507 grafts, 2 hairs graft = 1874 grafts, 3 hairs graft = 594 grafts; total number of hairs = 6,580 hairs). From FUE, 682 grafts were harvested and from FUT, 2,836 grafts were harvested. He is happy with the result.
