we would like to present below a case of a patient with a Norwood IV-V stage with diffuse thinning in the mid scalp. You can find below the details of the surgery. Patient Details
Surgical Plan: Hairline reconstruction, density increase in the frontal, mid scalp and crown area. The surgery was performed in two consecutive days with 4 sessions of extraction and implantation. 3259 grafts were implanted in the hairline, frontal and lower mid scalp, and 1028 in the upper vertex and crown area.
Patient´s age: 27 years old.
The patient was using finasteride.
Hair Thickness: 37-40 microns
Hair Type: caucasian, blond, very thin hair
Number of Grafts Implanted: 4287.
