34-years-old, Asian, male who has extensive hair loss from front towards the crown. He wanted to restore his hair at the front towards midscalp. His donor hair looked good. He underwent a combination of FUT and FUE, 3015 grafts from FUT and 644 grafts from FUE, a total of 3,659 grafts (1 hair graft = 683 grafts, 1 long and 1 short hair graft = 654 grafts, 2 hairs graft = 2,017 grafts, 3 hairs graft = 305 grafts; total number of hairs = 6,286 hairs). Below are his pre op and just only four months post op photos. He is very happy with the early result of his hair growth and he was informed that it will take at least a year to a year and a half for full result. He has been taking oral finasteride and oral minoxidil since post surgery. He will return next year to have the transplant at the crown.
