Hair transplants can work on patients with really fine hair too. This patient came in to see Dr. Arocha because he was thinning throughout the frontal third. Dr. Arocha did an FUE procedure using a .8 mm punch. After images were taken nearly three years from the date of his procedure. He also did a PRP treatment at the time of his procedure. I've included an "after" image of the donor area of this particular patient, and you cannot see any visible scarring.
