33-year-old, Caucasian, male with diffused thinning hair from the front towards the top. His hairline is maintained as in Ludwig type III of hair loss. His hair is dark brown, slightly wavy, with average donor hair density. He underwent FUE, a total of 2,899 grafts and 5,882 hairs (1 hair = 390 grafts, 1 long and 1 short hair = 97 grafts, 2 hair = 1843 grafts, 3 hair = 567 grafts, 4 hair = 2 grafts).
