This 40 year old  hair restoration patientwith a class 4-5 hamilton chart hair loss pattern. Patient still had some of his own hair that was very diffused. He was looking for a conservative hairline and wanted to add density through as much of his scalp as possible. He also understood that he would have a considerable difference, but might need a 2nd hair transplant procedure for more density. We did 2,582 grafts and this are his results 8 months post-op. He should still have some more improvement over the next 4-6 months. He also started on Propecia one month prior to his procedure.

Occurs when the connecting bridge of hair disappears leaving a single large bald area on the front and top of the scalp. The hair on the sides of the scalp remains relatively high.
