Attached are photos from a man with a large area to cover and fine hair. Luckily, he had sufficient donor hair to cover the frontal half of his scalp with good density. He recently returned to fill in the crown and I will post his results from this second surgery about 1 year from now.
He prefers to keep his hair messy, so these are the best shots I have.
He received 3797 grafts in one session - 1092 singles, 1822 doubles, and 883 3- and 4-hair grafts.

The balding areas at the temples join with the balding area at the vertex. The band of hair across the top of the head is gone or sparse.
