Hair transplantation surgery before and six month after photographs

Procedure detail

I would categorize this hair restoration patient in the “minor “ work section on our website. His loss is minimal compared to majority of our patients. Since he has minimal loss and he’s in his late 50’s, he wasn't too concerned with running out of donor. His goals were realistic and attainable. And at 6 Months post op, he is very happy with his decisions and results from Shapiro Medical. It’s unlikely he’ll need any future hair transplant work.Graft/Hair breakdown: Total – 1723 grafts/3510 hairs
1’s – 384
2’s – 923
3’s – 393
4’s - 26

Bald class

Bald class 2A

Norwood class 2A.

The class A variation of the Norwood scale is a slightly different and less common progression of hair loss. The main differences are that the hairline recedes back uniformly, without leaving an island of hair in the middle, and there is no bald area at the vertex. Instead, the hairline progresses directly from front to back.
