This patient in his early 40's was presented to Dr. Ron Shapiro for his hair restoration options. His goal was to address his diffused thinning in his frontal third. The patient has medium caliber hair and above average donor density. A strip hair transplant session was performed using 2505 grafts utilizing 5390 hairs to produce the following results at nine months postoperative.

There is a slight recession of the hairline around the temples. This is also known as an adult or mature hairline.
