One session of 2860 grafts from a 30 x 1 cm strip yielding 941 1's, 1529 2's, 367 3's, and 23 4+ grafts, for a total of 2860 grafts, and 5196 hairs. High percentage of singles and two's limited density somewhat.

Occurs when the connecting bridge of hair disappears leaving a single large bald area on the front and top of the scalp. The hair on the sides of the scalp remains relatively high.
