This patient who is a hairstylist had a very low native central peak. He didn't want to deviate too far from his overall hairline shape so Dr. Dorin established a permanent contour just behind and expanded the corners while maintaining a natural recession. 2087 grafts were allocated to re-establish coverage to the front as well as the vertex.
