Dr. Dorin just saw this patient in follow-up after his hair transplant surgery 12 months ago.
This patient in his late twenties presented with a donor supply of about 55OO FU's. Initially plan was to treat front / top into crown with 2500 but patient opted to concentrate on the front to start. He uses Rogaine for the vertex.
Dr. Dorin performed an initial FUT of 1737 grafts consisting of 436 singles, 1031 doubles and 189 threes.

The Norwood Class A patterns are characterized by a predominantly front to back progression of hair loss. These patterns lack the connecting bridge across the top of the scalp and generally have more limited hair loss in the crown, even when advanced.
