This is a 46 year old male who requested frontal hairline restoration. Hair transplant surgery was performed and total of 2246 grafts were used to reestablish the frontal hairline and enhance density in the frontal and midscalp regions.
Bald class
Norwood class 4
Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
