This is a one year postoperative result for a 35 year old patient who underwent hairline restoration using 3496 grafts in a single session. Multiple views are presented which include a part view through the central graft zone to help demonstrate the density which was gained.

In stage 4A, a person will not experience a bald spot on the back of their head, but they will instead lose the dips in their hairline and have a deeper “U” shape when viewed from above.
