This is a 42 year old male who underwent frontal hairline restoration using 4,301 grafts. Graft placement extended from the frontal hairline into the midscalp. Presented are 14 month postoperative photos.

Norwood class 4
Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
