23 year old male. 5 year history of hair loss. Came to see Dr Reddy 3 years ago
requesting a hair transplant. He was advised against having a hair transplant
and his hair loss was stabilized over 2.5 years with Propecia and
Minoxidil.
Dr Reddy performed an FUE procedure on him 6 months ago as the
client was keen to move on with his life. A conservative hairline was agreed
with maximum preservation of grafts for future use if need be.
A total of
2611 grafts were transferred yielding 7393 hair.
Bald class
Norwood class 3A
The Norwood Class A patterns are characterized by a predominantly front to back progression of hair loss. These patterns lack the connecting bridge across the top of the scalp and generally have more limited hair loss in the crown, even when advanced.
